The Supply Chain & Fulfillment Associate is responsible for supporting Iantrek’s day-to-day operational activities across order fulfillment, inventory management, quality and compliance documentation, purchasing, and office operations.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The Supply Chain & Fulfillment Associate plays an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, inventory and operational records remain current, and Iantrek’s Providence office operates effectively.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a fully onsite position based in Iantrek’s Providence, Rhode Island office.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The Supply Chain & Fulfillment Associate plays an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, inventory and operational records remain current, and Iantrek’s Providence office operates effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Fulfillment
- Package and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Schedule UPS pickups and coordinate shipment drop-offs as required.
- Receive, log, and track inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain complete and accurate order and shipment records.
- Support customer onboarding activities.
- Track and maintain records related to customer complaints, feedback, and product returns.
- Maintain engineering and quality documentation and records.
- Track and manage employee training assignments and associated training records.
- Manage equipment calibration schedules and maintain current calibration records.
- Coordinate the shipment and return of gauges and other equipment requiring calibration.
- Support compliance reporting and collection of operational and quality metrics.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of customer communication documentation.
- Process and accurately record inventory transactions.
- Perform part inspections and maintain appropriate inspection records.
- Support ongoing purchasing activities.
- Assist with monthly and annual physical inventory counts.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records and appropriate documentation.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of office supplies.
- Print and maintain Instructions for Use (IFUs), labels, cleaning instructions, and other required materials.
- Support general office organization and day-to-day facility upkeep.
- Provide additional operational and administrative support as needed to ensure the efficient operation of the Providence office.
- Build and tweak demonstration devices for current sales reps
- Coordinate with manufacturing team to ensure in-house production runs smoothly
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in operations, manufacturing, distribution, fulfillment, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Clear and proactive written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address operational issues.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a fully onsite position based in Iantrek’s Providence, Rhode Island office.
- The position is hands-on and requires regular involvement in fulfillment, inventory, and general operational activities. To successfully perform the essential functions of the role, the employee must be able to:
- Stand and/or walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Frequently bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout the office, inventory, and fulfillment areas.
- Regularly handle, pack, unpack, and move products, supplies, packages, and other materials.
- Lift, carry, push, and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Perform repetitive tasks associated with packing, labeling, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Safely perform the physical activities required to support day-to-day fulfillment and operational responsibilities.
