Financial Analyst supporting FP&A and Sales Operations with primary responsibility for revenue reporting, forecasting, sales crediting, and territory performance management. This role works directly with Finance, Sales Leadership, Accounting, and Operations to ensure accurate revenue visibility, quota attainment tracking, commission validation, and forecasting across SugarCRM, MedScout, Shopify, and Sage. The position is responsible for maintaining reporting accuracy, identifying performance drivers, and supporting executive decision-making through clear financial analysis.

- Support monthly revenue forecasting, including run-rate analysis, open pipeline review, billing day adjustments, and close probability assumptions
- Analyze actual revenue performance versus quota, forecast, and budget; clearly identify volume, ASP, productivity, and timing variances
- Maintain Monthly Business Review (MBR) reporting and supporting revenue models across units sold, average selling price (ASP), sales productivity, and quota attainment
- Track bookings, billings, revenue conversion, and sales productivity metrics across all commercial regions
- Provide revenue pacing analysis and required run-rate calculations to determine path-to-plan performance
- Deliver reporting and recommendations to Finance and Sales leadership to support planning and resource allocation decisions
- Maintain territory, regional, and national sales reporting, including actuals vs. quota, sales crediting, out-of-territory coverage, and account ownership validation
- Validate commission calculations and ensure proper account-level sales credit assignment based on internal compensation rules
- Support territory alignment analysis, account redistribution, and white-space opportunity identification
- Monitor quota attainment trends and identify underperformance risks, coverage gaps, and execution opportunities
- Assist leadership with commercial visibility into physician adoption, procedural volume, and account penetration where applicable
- Reconcile revenue and sales performance data across SugarCRM, MedScout, Shopify, Sage, and financial reporting systems
- Maintain and improve Excel-based reporting files, forecast models, and dashboard outputs used by leadership
- Identify data discrepancies between CRM, finance, and operational systems and drive correction with the appropriate teams
- Support reporting automation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and increase forecast reliability
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and deployment of reporting enhancements and new system implementations
- Assist with month-end close support, accounting reconcilions, and financial tie-outs between operational and financial reporting
- Perform ad hoc analysis on revenue drivers, margin trends, territory performance, and executive requests
- Identify process improvement opportunities across reporting workflows, forecast methodology, and operational execution
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Accounting, and Operations to improve data quality and reporting discipline
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or financial analytics
- Advanced Excel skills required, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, nested formulas, data validation, and large-scale reporting model maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of financial statements, revenue flow, forecasting methodology, and variance analysis
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems preferred (SugarCRM, Sage, MedScout, Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or reporting automation tools preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume datasets and maintain reporting accuracy under deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain financial drivers and support leadership decision-making
